The good news is we have listened and now you can add a processing fee to any menus you choose! You can choose the amount yourself. Most platforms charge a fee that goes to the platform. This revolutionary feature allows you to charge a fee that goes to you! Any questions just ask but online ordering just got a whole load more cost effective!  Hi Guys! Suzanne here on this miserable day! (in Dublin at least)
 We have Discount Codes going live on all accounts today.
 You can create various codes: Discount percentage Discount amount Free delivery if they order to a minimum spend. All can have usage quantities and usage dates set (it will always be until 11.59 on the end date).

To activate go to More > Coupons and create then share on your socials, newsletters and so on. Any issues you can email me: suzanne@clickandcollection.com or support@clickandcollection.com In other exciting news we will be releasing Table Ordering next Tuesday am. If anyone would like to beta test the feature this weekend just email me on the above address and I'll turn it on today for early access and you can give us your feedback. Need to space collections out through the day? Now you can limit collection times to slot durations of 5, 10 15, 20 or 30 minutes throughout your business hours. You can also set a maximum number of orders that can be collected in this time.

We have added two new currencies for merchants.

Today we added Canadian and Australian Dollars. Businesses can now take payment four currencies.

Special order payment request

New
If you a customer contacts you with a special order that you don't have listed on your shop. You can now generate a customer order in realtime and send your customer a payment request link by email, whats app or text so they can pay at your check out securely. Use the 'New Order' button on your orders page on your dashboard

8 March 2022 - Deadline Credit Card Strong Customer Authentication

After a gradual introduction over 15 months, today is the deadline for using strong user authentication on certain credit card payments. For some credit card holders, this may affect their ability to pay on certain transactions until they set up SCA with their credit card provider.

Orders and payments are going through as normal on Clickandcollection.com for cardholders that have set up SCA. Stripe is not processing payments on cards that are not compliant.

With this feature you can now limit delivery within a radius from your business ie. 3km radius.
As delivery & convenience are becoming more in demand this new addition especially when added to in advance ordering will help you plan, streamline & operate to less or ideally zero waste.

Go to your dashboard > more > you will see Table Service on the LHS.

This feature will allow you to build a unique QR code for each table which you can download from your dashboard. It can be used in cafes, bars, restaurants & even hotel rooms - anywhere that you need realtime contactless ordering.
The customer scans the QR code on their table, orders from the menu, pays, the order pops up on your LIVE dashboard, you serve & REPEAT. Many of you have expressed huge difficulties in finding staff - we hope this can help build an efficient workflow with the resources you have.

Hope you're all keeping well and looking forward to the bank holiday! Before we know it Father's Day will be here and people will be scrambling around disorganised looking for last minute gifts.
